For Kyle Gillum, caring for animals isn't just a career — it's a family legacy spanning more than a century. As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Operations Management, Kyle brings the same passion and proven expertise that made 9th St. Barking Lot in downtown Oklahoma City one of the most sought-after dog care facilities in the state.
Metro Mutts is the natural next chapter — a sister location bringing that same standard of care to Tulsa. Kyle holds a B.A. from Principia University, where he played football, and an M.A. in Diplomacy from Norwich University.
100+ Year Legacy
Four generations of animal care leadership — from his great-grandfather's Barber & Lundberg veterinarian supply business to today.
Proven Track Record
